  We worked with both Benjamin and Jacob Reitan during out 3 year challenge with social security to get my daughter classified disabled so she can receive SSI. She has had mental challenges since she was born. Both lawyers were very knowledgeable in this area and helped us tremendously. They gave us forms to fill out from those people that work with my daughter on a daily basis. They also contacted some the the agencies themselves for pertinent records. They were very considerate to us and made sure we understood everything during the process. A brief was sent to the judge--the judge cancelled the hearing and ruled fully favorable just from what was included in the brief. These lawyers are pleasant, caring , and really understanding to all that is involved. I cannot say enough good about this firm. Thank you Benjamin and Jacob!!!!!

  We used this law office for my husband's disability claim it was an extremely frustrating claim due to his age and not knowing how to navigate the process. When we engaged the law firm they were friendly courteous and took a lot of the fear out of applying for disability we ended up with a favorable decision and couldn't be more happy with their professionalism and care
